The EWC8370 is faster and more RG6 Cable Suppliers

Like the smaller Rhin-O-Tuff manual wire closer / inserter combination

machines, the major drawback to this system is in the setup. In order

to use this machine there are a number of settings that must be

adjusted. You need to set the wire closer, the book stop, the closing

bar and the wire rest. If any of these components is not set up

properly the machine will not work. For a technically minded operator

the EWC8370 isn't going to be that hard to set up. However, for users

that are constantly switching the diameter of wire that they are using

or for inexperienced users this machine will be very difficult to

operate. The EWC-8370 cannot be used to close documents that

are larger than 9/16" in diameter and is not compatible with 2:1 pitch

wire. A separate wire closing device will be required for closing 2:1

pitch wires. This is inconvenient for organizations that bind documents

with both 3:1 and 2:1 pitch spines. The EWC-8370 is designed

for use with a three to one pitch hole-pattern. However, in addition to

the hole spacing you also need to make sure that the holes are the

appropriate size, shape and distance from the edge of the paper. If you

use round holes they should be 11/64" or larger and if you use square

holes they should be 5/32" or larger. The Margin for round holes should

be .168". For square holes it should be .179".

Recommendation:

The EWC8370 is faster and more RG6 Cable Suppliers accurate than any of the manual wire closers and inserters that are available on the market.Using

this machine it is possible to eliminate the tricky process of

inserting the pages of your document onto your WireBind spines and then

attempting to transfer them to a manual wire closer for finishing. However,

this machine is somewhat difficult to set up and is not ideal for

inexperienced users who are not mechanically inclined. In fact, this

machine works best inside organizations that seldom need to change the

size of documents that they bind.

Binding your own documents can save you money

and they also give your work a professional appearance that will really

make a good impression. A very sophisticated looking bookbinding method

is twin-loop wire binding. Here are five great things about it.

Binding your own documents can save you money

and they also give your work a professional appearance that will really

make a good impression. A very sophisticated-looking bookbinding method

is twin-loop wire binding. Here are five great things about it.

1.) It looks great.

One of the main reasons why people use twin-loop binding is because it

looks fantastic. It's definitely a very stylish bookbinding method

currently available and it can really make your document look very

professional. If you want your work to be taken seriously, this method

is the way to go.

2.) Two punching patterns.

Twin-loop devices are classified by which pitch (punching pattern) they

produce. The two that are available for this method are 3:1 and 2:1.

The numbers refer to how many holes there are per inch of paper. Pitch

will also somewhat designate how long your documents can be. For

example, 2:1 pitch is ideal for longer books because 2:1 wires are

available in thicknesses up to 1.25", and they can secure anywhere from

125 to 250 pages. Meanwhile, 3:1 wires are the best for shorter

documents because they can bind between 20 and 110 pages.

3.) Lots of supplies are available.

There are a lot of supplies available for twin-loop wire binding and

since the selection is so vast, it will be easy for you to select items

that will make your document look terrific. Wire spines are available

in a variety of thicknesses (as mentioned above) and colors. (Some

colors available are silver, black, blue, and green.) You can also buy

pre-punched paper that can save you the time you would have spent

punching the sheet yourself. Paper is available for both pitches and is

sold in both reams and cases. Finally, document covers come in a

rainbow of colors as well as many different finishes, such as Linen and

Twill. With so many great supplies available, producing a great-looking

document is a snap.

4.) First-rate machines.

Some of the biggest names in the office machine world make twin-loop

binders including Fellowes, James Burns, Akiles, Renz, and Rhin-O-Tuff.

For small offices that need a machine for occasional use, a device such

as the Fellowes Quasar 130 or the Akiles OffiWire are great options.

For organizations that need a machine capable of operating on a

heavy-duty basis, something like the Renz Eco C is ideal. Also, both

manual and electric machines are available, so you can find one that

fits your budget as well as your bookbinding needs.

5.) A wide variety of uses.

Twin-loop wire binding is a pretty versatile document finishing method

that can be used for a lot of different items. You can make your own

calendars with this type of device, as well as journals and yearbooks.
